Those who make a reservation through our website or call center are deemed to have accepted the general terms and conditions.
You can pay the transfer fee by EFT or cash or credit card upon arrival to our driver in the currency you have chosen.
We do not accept responsibility for e-mails originating from the internet not being delivered, being delivered late or being delivered incompletely.
In such a case, please contact us by phone.
Changes that may occur in the transfer time, place or flight times must be communicated to us by e-mail or phone.
According to the law, tobacco, cigarettes and alcohol are not allowed in our vehicles.
Baby seats will not be in our vehicles unless specified during the reservation. (1 baby seat will be provided free of charge.)
In accordance with the law and our company policy, the child or baby seats in the vehicle must be fastened by our guests. Otherwise, no liability will be accepted. Our drivers will provide you with verbal technical support.
Vehicle selection must be made according to the number of people. Passengers outside the capacity of the selected vehicle will not be transported as required by law. Children or infants must be included in the total number when calculating the number of passengers.
If the vehicle you have selected cannot arrive for any reason, a vehicle in the same category or a higher category may arrive for you.
You must fill in your information in the reservation form completely and completely.
Please check that you have entered your mobile phone and email address completely and correctly. Otherwise, our company cannot be held responsible for any problems that may occur.
Please check that your luggage is complete and complete when placing it in our vehicles. Our staff will always assist you in carrying your luggage. Luggage exceeding the vehicle luggage capacity specified on our website will not be accepted into the vehicles.
Wheelchairs, bicycles, electric bicycles, surfboards, ski equipment and golf bags not declared during the reservation will not be accepted into the vehicles.
At the airports, our driver greets you at the exit gate with a sign with your name on it.
The prices stated on our website include vehicle, driver, fuel, parking and highway fees.
