Frequently Asked Questions About Airport Welcoming and Transfer

1. What can I do if I have problems making a reservation?
If you contact us and provide all the necessary information, we can make the reservation on your behalf and send your ticket to your e-mail address.
2. How will I know that my reservation is approved?
Your reservation will be approved within 12 hours, and you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. Please make sure that your order is confirmed.
3. How do I determine my pick-up time when making a reservation from the hotel to the airport?
First, provide your flight departure time, then specify the time you wish to be picked up from your hotel. Ensure you’re at the airport at least 2 hours before international flights and 1.5 hours before domestic flights, considering transportation time. If there are any issues, we will contact you to adjust the time.
4. What should I do to request a baby & child seat or booster seat?
While making your reservation, select the number of “Baby / Child Seats” and specify the seat type and your child’s age in the “Note” section of the reservation form.
5. What should I do if I have extra baggage other than suitcases and bags?
Specify the type and dimensions of the extra baggage in the “Note” section of the reservation form. We will provide further details once your reservation is confirmed.
6. What should I do if I have a pet?
Mention the type and cage dimensions of your pet in the “Note” section of the reservation form. Additional details will be provided when your reservation is confirmed.
7. How will I find you at the airport?
Our staff will meet you at the terminal exit gate with a sign displaying your name. More details will be included in the confirmation email.
8. What should I do if baggage collection at the airport takes a long time?
If there is a delay, please contact us through one of our communication channels.

Note: You may request a short break during the transfer for urgent needs. However, smoking, tobacco products, and electronic cigarettes are prohibited in the vehicles.
