CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
1) The BUYER has the right to withdraw up to six (6) hours before the provision of the contractual service. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, Vip Transfer Antalya must be notified by e-mail or telephone within this period. In the event of exercising this right, Vip Transfer Antalya will refund the service fee to the BUYER within the following seven (7) days.

2) The BUYER has the right to change or postpone the starting and ending place of the service and the service time up to six (6) hours before the provision of the contractual service. In order to exercise the right of change, Vip Transfer Antalya must be notified by telephone or live support units within this period, and the fee difference arising from the change must be collected by the method determined in consultation with the support unit. The postponement process can be made up to thirty (30) calendar days later.

3) Vip Transfer Antalya authorities are not responsible for situations or delays that occur due to changes in flight schedules but for which the passenger has made a reservation for the transportation service in advance. In this context, if the flight is canceled for any reason, if the passenger has paid the transfer fee to Vip Transfer Antalya, Vip Transfer Antalya will refund the entire transfer fee to the bank account to be notified by the passenger within 7 (seven) days at the latest.

4) The invoice for the service is issued if the service is performed. The invoice is delivered as requested by the BUYER from among the options offered to the BUYER.

5) VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded in full or partial refunds that may occur due to cancellation or disruption of the invoiced services caused by the BUYER. If the disruption or cancellation is caused by transfervipantalya.com.tr, the entire payment will be refunded to the BUYER account.

6) In addition, in services produced in accordance with the consumer's special requests and demands or made personalized by making changes or additions, in campaigns and other promotional sales that can be made, the BUYER cannot use the right of withdrawal. However, the right of postponement can be used in accordance with the change rules to be used within thirty (30) calendar days.

7) In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the location of Vip Tranfer Antalya are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

8) In the event of the conclusion of the order, the BUYER will be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
